Witt visits HoHoHo
Tuesday, December 23, 2008 ~ Lenox SquareAfter much anticipation with lots of waving at Santa, Witt was a bit nervous sitting in Santa's lap. An elf gave Witt a candy cane (J) and he had a trusty "I" puzzle piece in the left hand; Witt would not speak to Santa until Mommy had paid for the pictures. He then waved with a soft "Hi Santa." What a little trooper!! Santa must have heard him, because Witt received lots of LETTERS for Christmas.

Election Day 2008
Arriving at 535am, I smiled (with a sigh) to find over one hundred EARLIER birds! What a glorious fall morning to watch Democracy at work! A poll worker handed me the I VOTED sticker two hours and fifteen minutes later. We returned at ten for Marc to vote and I snapped the above photographs ~ Witt at the VOTE HERE sign and the voter with her rosary beads - what a summary of this election. May God continue to bless America, land that I love.
